  1. Speakers are at a lower ohm then what the amp is stable at.

    could be this.

what are you wiring to the amp? model numbers would help greatly

how do you have it wired to the amp?

i thought this normally put it into protect though?

  2. true hah if you get someone with a couple of les pauls you stage will feel it :P hah. I also hope your planning on covering it with something. bacause im assuming you will be stacking your pa on the stage (if not you may have to at somestage so this could be something to think about) but with the subs being on a hard stage like that you will get a fair few vibrations coming through your mic stands and into your mics.

  3. Hey man, Just a little idea id through out there for you.

It would allow you to take the legs out easy peasy for transport. and also it means you can make in time different height stages, or do tied stages like in your picture but instead of needing to have a seperate staging peice ontop of the normal height one you can just chuck some taller legs on it. You might not need the double brace, but i dont know how stable it will be. Some sort of locking system to keep the leg in place might be a good idea

oh and sorry for posting on like every thread you make haha

No problem man, I'd rather have too much criticism than too little. I actually was thinking about that, but I don't know how stable it would be...I'm going to try the 4x4's with bolts and see how that works. Just wish there was an easier way to keep them attached.

what about circles? haha like a 2" cylinder or something, one that is pernimently attacked to the stage somehow. then a slightly smaller tube that is used as the leg and slides in. Should be really sturdy if its attached to the stage nicely

  5. We do not have an Aussie dealer either, not that I am aware of at least.

I've spoken with a few people who are within that area (New Plymouth) and there is a market... just no one has really jumped on board yet. :)

Then get on it :) I know ill use your stuff for the installs I do hah.

The only reason I said that was cause the last comp I went to in the summer, 7 people turned up and he highest was me with a 44.8 haha

  6. Don´t be shy, get distributor NZ.

Hah well seeing as we are a tiny ass country. I really don't see the market for it down here to make it worth it.

If I had the money's though I'd become a distributor though. I'd also bring down some xs batts. As the best we have are yellow tops!! :(

Is there a distribution in Australia if not do both! Don´t anger yourself in Europe is near the same shit, american brand´s 2.5 times the prices

than in the US and you get only a vew of them.

Yeah the downside of being on such a awesome forum is you get to see the awesome shit that isn't available to us. Hah

  7. yo,

Im looking at getting some dampening material for my build. I live in new zealand. and couldnt find anyone who sells SS sound here. I found some Dynamat extreme, bulk pack for $315nzd. I would 100% prefer to run SS as ive heard amazing things about it.

Do you have anyone that brings the stuff in down here that you know of? Or how much would shipping be? Im quite interested in the damp pro B stock.

can some one PM regarding how I could get some down here? I have a paypal but im not sure what happens regarding the exchange ratio/shit.

    cheers
