First Day Of Driving
whosAmp replied to whosAmp's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
That's why you get a job and buy one. Or you can buy/sell cars like my brother and I. Buy a car, max is look nicer and run better than before, sell for profit, buy new car. can't get a job until the summer (not 16 yet and i have no free time during the week)... of course suv prices will probably drop then anyway lol. -

So I was reading someone else's thread about crashing their car in the ditch with their back wheel like 5 feet off the ground and it made me think of my first day of driving ever. It was a kind of rainy day and I was driving home from weight lifting and my adrenaline was pumping. I was being a stupid teenager and taking corners faster than i should and going wayyyy too fast. On this one corner I took I started losing traction while turning and ended up going halfway into the ditch (my rear tires were in the air). Luckily for me I drive a 2004 Dodge Neon which is FWD. So i put it in reverse and eased on the throttle and backed right out of the ditch I felt pretty fly lol.

black ops
whosAmp replied to Amerrricuh's topic in Video Games (All consoles) Ratings, previews, demos......the latest
Black ops is extremely fun for about 2 days of gameplay (in my opinion). While MW2 and CoD4 were fun for 10+ days of gameplay. But I like Forza 3 better than CoD right now -
Stoner Shore up in here!!!!!! One guy has the stamina of my grandma and the other guy hits like my grandma lol

Okay so I have been messing around and think I have figured it out for the most part... These measurements aren't accurate, I measured my trunk but forgot a lot of measurements because it's like 10 degrees in Iowa lol. Hopefully tomorrow I will get precise measurements and will be able to design a better box. The space behind the port is 4". That's where I'm the most confused. Don't know how wide/deep the port should be. Also I didn't know what to put in the Miscellaneous section of the tuning calculator. so i just copied what anubis did lol.

lol i just youtube'd it... is this it?

Pictures and measurements are exactly what I want thanks a lot bro. And yeah I'll probably end up just making it square for the ease of it.

I have a couple questions... How much space should I leave behind the port? Also, When I have my sub wired and put it in my box, do I just cut a little hole in the back of the box so that i can wire them to my amp? or what?

Hey what program is that? I'm familiar with AutoCAD but only have it on school computers, but that program looks really simple to learn EDIT: nevermind, it's sketchup lol. I'll download that when I get home and try to whip something up with realy dimensions from my trunk.
-
already downloaded it See and that's the thing, i don't anything about how to build these ports or which is better for the type of enclosure I'm building.

Aight so I'm only 15 but I'm already getting into this audio stuff lol. Picked up (2) comp 12's for pretty cheap and then i bought an Alpine Mrp-M500. Also some other stuff that i don't want to list. I have a '04 dodge neon which my sisters basically wrecked but I'm stuck with it and I plan on building an enclosure that will fit snug in the trunk. My question is basically about a port. I plan on having both subs in a single enclosure with a port in the middle of both woofers. Will that work? What else do I need to know? How should i build it? Tip/Tricks? Please help a noob EDIT: So the back seat in my neon is at an angle and I plan on building the box at an angle so it will get right up against the back seat. Basically I am fucking clueless with how to build this port. Any help/tips would be appreciated lol It will look kind of like this
