the camera batteries were low on the last 3 so no video showed up, I redid them.... paper and plastic bags to show port velocity which blows all the way up to the dashboard (not caught on these vids tho) only if youre really bored... nothing too exciting with this camera.. but I borrowed the good camera today again for 2 more good vids, they should be sweet but not posted till probably tomorrow this ones longer and more of the same

it hits HARD and she hates it, me too... If I was tuned lower it wouldn't be so bad. This is with the shitty camera again, and I'm gonna go do more with the bad cam after the batteries charge cuz the last 3 vids, of course the better ones, came out with no video. I never expected to get love for them, been a passion of mine for years. Fact is, my woman and I both can hear and feel the super low songs much better at 15Hz. I know that doesn't make sense, because being in-car I would guess would drop the enclosure tuning and transform it into a 6th order/horn as well, where we would be sitting inside the mouth. So I really expected 20Hz to not change that much, and I thought 25Hz would in effect really be tuned around 18Hz... so i thought Bass I Love You and a couple other sub-sonic songs would really perform much much better with a 25Hz tune. NOPE! Today I'm gonna bust out the shitty camera again though and make some vids of the massive airflow I get now way up at 33Hz. I di actually get a bit of port compression and a lot of turbulence I think, even with a 7.75" x 3/4" port LOL

I am at 33Hz now, just to make everyone happy and shut up and I am most definately pulling the box out and tuning it back to 15Hz! I brought it up to 20 and 25 before 33

I had a feeling it was 2 strapped, but then I saw the 1ohm and thought (maybe not) LOL OK, so 2ohms 3000 watts, reliable... not junk? it looks cheap, too long and narrow too, but if it's solid like ya'll say.... gulp

ya, the guy in my thread for 2500 for under 500 pretty much has me talked into it, but even though I hear nothing bad and everything good about those, I know kicker and I dont know audio pipe... I'm scared! And does it do 2000 RMS at 2 ohm, or 3000 RMS? All websites say 2000 but he took a pic of his manual for me, and the manual says 3.... but why isn't that advertised everywhere else?

cut the port from 10" to 4.75" went from 20Hz to 25Hz. Over all it s a little louder, but the low low songs the low parts all but disappeared. Bass I love you blows SERIOUS air way up front, gotta get some vids with the good camera. (edit: but you cant hear/feel the 18Hz tone at all the same way as before) Bottoming is not an issue now when songs change and we go from sub 27Hz tracks to songs from 27Hz-35Hz with the doors shut. Bass I love you just about hits bottom with the doors open, but I won't be driving with them open! I think I like the 15Hz the best, 20Hz second, and 25Hz the least.... I didn't expect that, I thought it would get much louder with a lot less excursion tuning higher, but thats actually not what I'm seeing overall... but that varys so much from song to song. the longer 10" from yesterday and the 5" from today
