  1. Lol, yeah I know your awnser, I haven't gotten a txt back to this question and I know it. Now I just have to get rid of the L7's i have and the amps, I'm thinkin of lettin it go for 800 for everything..... Thanks for the opinions everyone, keep em commin please
  2. As right now, I get the T1's for 100/ea. The L7's will be a toss on price, either accomidation from CC or the shop I work for is pickin them up this year too so I have to check cost on em from that. whichever is cheaper I will go there. I think it will be from Circuit City though, first year local shops probably wont get the best pricing. I worked in the Roadshop(I refuse to call it Firedog car) for about 8 months or so, but my buddies will get me their accomidations, I just get them cost at our local shop on parts they dont have.
  3. I am wanting some opinions on what everyone think would be the better choice. The Fosgate T1's will be cheaper then the L7's for now at least. But 4 L7 15's or 4 T1 15's? Opinions? I'll be puttin em on 2 Fosgate T20001BD's.
  4. have 2 Hifonics BXI1606D's for sale. I have been running them for about 6 months. I am selling them for $250 each + shipping, local pickup, or I can go about an hour out if you want to meet me somewhere. Here are some i-net pics of what they look like, when I get home tonight I'll put my seats down and snap a few quick ones.
  5. IMO, Hifonics is the way to go fro amps, I have 2 1606d's and cant beat the price for em. There is plenty you can fit in that envoy without having to with a wall or soemthing extreme. Whats your budget like?
  6. I have a Blitz style body kit for sale for a 95-00 Dodge Avenger. Asking 350 + shipping, unless you live within reasonable driving distance to Toledo, Ohio. It has been sitting in my garage since I got it, was planning on putting it on this spring, but unforseeable events caused me to sell the car, and am now stuck with the body kit. I bought it off of sportcompactonly.com. Any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks
  7. Lol, no I was kidding, but I don't want to have to go the route because then I have to worry about tuning each amp perfectly. I'm sure I could do it, but I'd rather save myself from it if at all possible. But thanks
  8. Hey accordman, it's not that wiring 2 amps up to two subs, i was talking about going with 2 amps per sub, which would end up being a grand total of 8 sub amps to the 4 15's. I mean if you think that's easy then please I'll make a trip out to ya to build that up while i visit some family in sacramento, which you wouldn't be too far off, lol. In the end I think I'ma go with the S.S. 3500d's. Thanks everyone for the help and info.
  9. Yeh the soundstream will also be a lot easier to wire, I'm still gonna have to go with multiple wiring. It's gonna take some time to gather the funds for the system, but it'll be finished for at least one competition round here. But the soundstream is lookin' like what will be in my trunk. I mean the majority of people by far are recommending me to S.S. and like i said I've got the pca2000d and everyone loves it...until i decided I'd let my friend do my car this time (don't get me wrong they know how to do things, they aren't careful) while I go out with the woman. Long story short they crossedthe power with the ground n hooked em up in wrong slots, so my amp went up in smoke.....I just stared at the amp for 45 mins and chain smoked the whole time....I'm devestated, just my luck 2 weeks ago my car blows from oil co. not putting my cap back on properly and now they blow my amp.....last time i let them touch my car....I'll do it next time. So that's just my luck for ya. Well thx for the advice guys, keep it commin'
  10. Well for subs, they are FI. I mean yeah i know wiring is going to be a huge headache, I understand that. I mean I have a pca 2000d runnin to 2 12's right now and its impressive. I just didn't know what to do because personal experience from soundstream vs. everything I hear about hifonics. It was basically up in the air. But thanks for the help.
  11. Hi everyone, I'm having some problems deciding on what to use for a new system. I wanted to know what every thought, either the soundstream pca3500d or (2) hifonics brutus bxi1606d. Besides the ease of install and price, I want to know what would be the better choice. Any help on this subject would be nice. Please let me know what ya think, thanks.
  12. Some good brakes to use are the Bendix ceramic pads. They won't reduce the dust as much as EBC but its helps a lot. I got em on my car and I wash it about once a week, I don't notice much (if any) dust anymore. Maybe I'm just biast to Bendix cuz I work for em, but they honestly do work without the sacrafice of stopping power.
