    Dude I was getting stuff from a company out in cali and got these...LINK...they look a lot like the anka or whatever. They pounded like no other with very little power but they also blew. Mind you they were also on a 1000 watt amp. They said they were good for 1200 watts per sub peak but I didn't even have but 150 rms going to them. They sounded good until they smelled really bad!!! But they did pound I couldn't believe it but they were also like 15-20 bucks brand new from the supplier in cali which would have cost more to ship it to them. Which sony amp do you have?

    My thing was if the person is helping you out that is fine...like upgrading the alt for free or perhaps a discount! ;)

    I hate being lied to! Don't tell me something if your not going to come through! I'd rather hear its going to be a month than hear its going to be a week and you call 2 weeks later to say wtf is going on? Communication is key!

    Shoot I got married almost 2 years ago come june and still haven't gotten my wedding book that I paid 300 bucks for. Took me more than 7 months just to get a cd with pictures on it!!!

    Yeah hopefully it gets settled there. I had a problem with some hids I ordered from a guy on ebay and he wouldn't respond to a single email I sent him, at all of his 3 different online stores. After about the 4-5th un-responded email I decided to make a claim on paypal. He responded very very quickly after that! Hopefully it doesn't come to that but to me I probably would have already done this. I was told 6 days and the lights would be to me...3weeks later and the trip i was going on (which was one of the reasons I wanted the hids) came and went and still no lights. Good luck hopefully it doesn't come to that! Keep trying to contact him.

    It's pretty mixed people either like or hated dealing with dom...he was cool to me when I asked him some questions but it did take him a sec...

    Hey below the description it states this...

    "You are bidding on a Brand New 1 pair of Rockford Fosgate Power Series T152s Component Speakers."

    Plus the model number you are looking for to get power series is T152s. The one you don't want (if you want the power series) is P152s. So those one's on ebay/link you supplied have to be the power ones...

    I think something must have been messed up...to me it makes no sense for a salesman to bs with me especially when he says he likes the comp (lowest of your line) more than any of the other ones for their responsiveness and efficiency (least power.) Especially when he wasn't trying to sell us a different sub like the jl...I've loved all of the kicker stuff I've heard, I'll have to hear the cvt's for myself! :D

    Again though I love kicker and was shocked that they said the cvts sucked...don't know why...I'll hear them sooner or later!

    Your happy with the cvts? The guy I talked to bashed them and he's a salesman making money for the company. I wonder what they did wrong? The cartunes place is actually a reputable business and they sell jl audio so they aren't a crappy shop so I wonder why they sucked? Actually he recommended the comp series over the cvr and cvt line. Which those are the least expensive of the entire kicker line! If not kicker he recommended the pioneer shallows that they sell 2 for 200 bucks but they only sell the premier line. I've personally installed the pioneers and I was really shocked how those sounded. Good luck finding something out! Somebody was saying something about RE shallow mounts subs somewhere on here. You know the way they rep RE so I'd imagine those would have to be good!

    Well from what I heard from a salesman from cartunes the kicker cvt line is garbage. He figured they sounded like the cvr until a customer complained of the sound in his vehicle. Needless to say he won't even sell them to anyone even though they sell them. I am not sure about the rockford shallows as far as sound I as well was looking them up the other day. Personally though I've installed 2 pioneer shallow mount 12's and they only take like .5 cu ft each and sound good. They don't hit low low but are very responsive and sound great. Plus they are quite inexpensive. From what i could find they also require the least amount of airspace compared to other stuff. My brother has a ford explorer sport trac and I had him convinced on 2 kicker l7 8's in a sealed box using up at least .33 cu ft. and a mounting depth of like 4 and 3/4 or something like that. The 10" l7 requires at least .66 but has a larger mounting depth over 6" i think so if that would work for what you trying to do....how big of a box can you fit and what about depth? What about under the seat?

    Been busy lately...probably be easier to pm me but I get like act, power acoustik and a few other brands like that pretty inexpensive. I think a set of act headrest was like 200 for the pair. I'll have to check my book when I get home...pm me if your still looking for stuff and I'll see what I can get for you...colors range with each company mostly gray black and tan though...

    Its actually a sound demo room for a really good audio company in Italy I think-Royal Device.... I posted this before about a year ago, but a good repost.....

    Horns and 16-18" subs FTMFW- 10-20hz tuning, look how the mount the cd player and record player, springs on the bottom, weight on top to keep that monster of a horn from skipping them

    Ha I never even realized the springs under that! Not to mention the slabs of concrete paver's on top of the cd player!
