    I've never heard the cvrs sealed but in a prefabbed sucky ported box those subs are nice. Sounded really nice in my escape but didn't sound as loud in an escort zx2 I put them in. When ported the subs are recommended 300 rms. You can get dual 2 and dual 4 ohm voice coil configurations. With your amp I'd get the dual 2 ohm subs. Those subs need at least a cu ft. in a sealed box and more is recommended.

    I heard 2 of those in a newer dodge ram with the under the seat box and they didn't sound nearly as good as they did in either the escape nor escort so make sure you give them enough space. They are nice subs though especially for the money.

    I know that you need to make sure and find subs that work with what little bit of airspace you'll have for the box but I don't know about whether it sounds any different or not. I hooked up 2 pioneer shallow 12's in a single cab silverado and they sounded good for what small boxes you could fit. I heard 2 kicker cvr 12's in one of those custom fit boxes in the newer rams under the seat and it didn't sound very good because they needed more air space.

    What you getting the hyperflex for?

    By for I mean price wise...I messed with that stuff up at circuit city I know full well why you'd want to use it! :D;) That stuff is pretty sweet isn't it!

    i benched them and i did not believe it myself. so i had my buddy do it on different equiptment he got the same results

    Hmmm...the groundpounders I thought were the only one's that did pretty good rms wise...good for you though...especially when you probably paid what 110-120 per amp?

    I'd like to know what they actually sounded like. I mean it's cool to test and see what they will do upon gobs of power but who really cares? What if you can get the same sound from a sub like the jl and it only played for a few minutes? I guess what does it truly prove?

    Probably an owner that has rarely seen over 100mph (if ever) that has more money than balls, especially when the guy full well knows that someone is videotaping the guys car! Shoot I'd at least rev it more than that but he may not know how to even drive the freaking thing!

    Your bro is a douchebag, write him off or laugh at him and your ex as that is pretty funny (but not in all actuality) it should make you feel better for a short period of time. Keep in mind man the girls definitely aren't worth all the grief they give. You want to let some pain off go get a crotch rocket and open her up on a freeway, that is some nice relaxation and great way to feel better (don't do anything too stupid though!) Put some headphones on and you are officially in a different realm!
