    yeah but then again the bigger the sealed box the lower it will typically get, atleast thats how it was when i went through my boxes on my cvr's my ported box wont get as low but still is MUCH louder in overall output

    sealed 15's will get LOWWWWWWWW, ported 12's well have more overall output though, obviously this all depends on the subs and the power

    lol they may not put out 5500rms but they sure like to draw current like they do, talk about inefficient amps....

    you will definately need atleast the big 3 and extra batteries if you are running that much, i would suggest a high output alt, big 3 and batteries, caps are pretty much worthless on any system

    lol back on topic, to the OP yes that amp will work just make sure you get dual 4 ohm subs so they can be wired in parallel to 1 ohm

    his amp wont go up in smoke if its properly tuned, i have mine properly tuned and it puts clean bass out (HPF at 25hz SSF at 90hz) gain less than 3/4, sounds clean, no bass boost at all
