  1. Yea, it sounded like someone put a marble on the cone of my woofer... Hasn't happened again.. I even played late night tip without a problem
  2. Ok yea I've heard the same thing about the subsonic filter. One thing that confused me was that I was able to play a 10hz test tone with the ss filter at 34hz, what's up with that?
  3. Yea that's why I have my box tuned to 34.87 or 35 hz and the subsonic is at 32... Is that bad?
  4. Ok sounds good. I'm just not sure they are bottoming out.. They are running I'm sure less than the suggested rms. I figured with the bigger box that I'd need more power to get the subs to push what they are capable of. I'm running a...and don't condemn me... Bass inferno amp rated at 2k, which I'm sure it's not really. I was curious if it was just a weird frequency that slipped past all my amp tune settings and made a crappy sound. It hasn't happened again.
  5. No it's new... I've never had a problem with it. Like it said, it only did it for a bit and it since has stopped. Really confused.
  6. Just curious as to what the noise I heard today was.. I finally built a box to spec for my 2 15's, tuned to 35Hz. Well when I was testing out the fact that low bass actually makes shit rumble in my truck I noticed a weird noise at a frequency that sounded like a jack hammer.. But then it stopped and I don't hear it anymore... Subs don't seem blown, any ideas?
