  1. Quick question, I'm sure it's dumb but i just upgraded my amp in my setup but it vibrates so much my cd player(pioneer 3800) started skipping. Any quick fixes or am I looking at getting a new head unit? and where can i look for a new alternator that will actually fit in my '02 town and country?

I had the same thing happen in my Tahoe, and I put some foam all around the head unit, and made sure that it was as secure as it could be, and it stopped.

  2. pass on some love from me personally or PM me the number to his room, i will call him!!! Tell him im thinkin of him and to get better soon!

I talked with Mike on the way home from work today, and he said that he was feeling much better, and that they were going to release him tomorrow or Wednesday.

  3. I didn't know where else to put this.

For thos that know Mike, he was doing a show in Hobbs, NM yesterday and suffered a heart attack, he was taken to Lubbock Tx and is now doing ok, I spoke with his wife today, and she said that it was a blockage in an artery and that he was in pain but everything looks to be ok at this point..

  5. i dont know how soon your looking to get 1, but i would like to go through the whole thing before i sell it to a SMD homeboy! i havent started it in like 4-6 months... it has a k/n filter, custom sticker kit, FM band remote controll kill switch (1/4 mile reception) we payed like $1000 about 2 years ago for it... the asking would be about $500 i take really good care of all my toys, but im sure the carb is all gunked up and the plug needs replaced. how big is your kid because i have small riding gear also!

She is only 4, and she is 48" tall

  6. HAHA Beat me to it.....i almost said it but i hit delete and moved on LMAO.

BTW: a severely broken collar bone took me out of the pocket bike scene......me and Burrito were racing at a open parking lot with cones we setup and i lost it tryin to pass him :D That ended that :)

LOL, it's not for me......................me daughter wants one, every since we rode a quad up at my cousin's house, she wants her own, I figured, this would be the perfect size for her.

  7. So I was the best man at my cousin's wedding, and we went to pick up the Tux last Thursday, so we met him, and the bride at the rental place, when I saw the tux, the vest was PURPLE!!!! I told her that just for making me wear purple, I was going to embarrass her at the wedding. sooooooooooo........

We are all sitting around Friday night at a BBQ, and I said that I should get some purple boots to match the vest, and wear them in the wedding, my cousin, being the person that he is, says "HEY I have some old boots, you could paint!" and his mother says "I have the paint that matches pretty close", soooooooooooI was like, "BRING ME THAT SH**"...............so, without further ado

Although that does look like something I would have done back in the day.

  9. I agree. It is really inspirational when a person makes themself better in the face of negative circumstances. I hope that you stay well and wish you all the luck in the world on those last 36. Even a few pounds is tough, what you have done is very commendable.

Oh, and just so you all know, I was 34 yrs old when I had the stroke

Thanks all for the kind words, yeah it has been tough, but like i said, it was a REAL eye opener, and I plan on staying around for a LONG time, so I am DEFFINATLY sticking with this!! and I WILL get the the weight he wants me at

  10. As most of of you know, or may not know, I suffered a stroke in Feb, this is the National Stroke Association Logo

I had a blood clot on the left side on my brain. Dr's say it was most likely caused from my diabetes not being under control for so long, and my veins and arteries getting weak, over weight, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. Needless to say, EVERYTHING has changed now, this was a REAL wake up call for me, scare the HOLY SH** out of me, I have lost 79 lbs, still have 36 to go, to be where the Dr wants me, all my blood work is "normal" now, so I am doing as good as I can, the only side effects that I have, is that I occasionally studder, and I now suffer from seizures, but I am on meds to keep those under control, and so far they seem to be working.

It turned out really good, here is the actual logo:

  11. Ok, I have been working on this problem for a week, and could not figure it out. I just upgraded to Vista on my laptop, and I could connect to all my other PC's (XP) on my network by going \\computername or IP address, but could not see them under "network" they would show up under "network map" but not just "network" thus I could not map a printer. I could only "see" my laptop, and the router under "network" but no other PC's

I just happened to connect to my mothers wireless network last night, and low and behold, all her computers (XP) showed up under network. So I figured, what the heck, let me try to map the printer, WOW, it mapped, and I could print. So I started looking at settings, all the setting were identical as far as network (on the XP PC's), so on to the router settings, compared setting to setting to mine, everything was the same, other than, she had firmware 4.30.5, and I had version 4.30.9. I could not find version 4.30.5, but did find 4.30.7 so I installed this version, as soon as I did, low and behold, there was all my PC's!!

    This was a Linksys WRT54GL
