  1. naw he dont need more port area trust me from experience. i ran 4 15" Kicker L5s in an identical box like his same Box size to be exact. i had 300sqin of port. and honestly it WAS WAYYYYYYYYY to much port area. hell if it were me in an strictly street bass/hairtrick type of dude, therefore id make the port even more smaller. smaller ports work grate for daily banging.
  2. why 35hz? not enough high end bass? well how many cubes is that box?
  3. yea david i remeber talking to u all the time back in the day when u had the mustang and the 2 15's. so 34hz is an good start i see? im thinking 14-16cubes for the pair of 18s 22-2500rms each 18 should be more than Plenty/ prbly enough to fry these subs.
  4. yea i just remebered lol thats whay i went with 18s in the first place for the low bass of course lol
  5. yea i was thinking lower notes would b more impressive but i guess id change my box later on down the line
  6. thanks for all the comments guys think im gonna go on the bigger box side this time.
  7. Damn i cant decide on what i want lol. i love FLEX i love watching my back doors catch the holy ghost from previous setups. but i would love for my truck to hurt me and others too. guess id go for the low end monster again.
  8. Well i have an big problem here. i got some RE 18's and about23-2500 rms each 18 to play with. i want this system to be Painful to listen too. ive watched tons of videos and cant decide what i wanna do. what notes really hurts the most you guys? 33hz down, or 38-49hz region? baised on the info i get here that will help me determine if i want to go BIG box tuned low 30 hz or an smallish box tuned 35hz. i just want it to be painful i notice all songs steve play is higher bass like 39-45hz range!
