ok i will try help u out as much as possible, and i def think ur box can use some major imporvements 1 2x4 bracing isnt going to cut it with 2 60lbs+ subs. i say use way more bracing and use some resin and 34 degree every corner in ur box.

well we first got to figure out how u miscalculated in the first place in order to give u an exact number to cut off. so tell me how many braces and the length and width of each brace, also the outside measurements of ur box so i can try to figure out how much space u really have more than likely u forgot to account for bracing subs and other stuff that takes up space which could have thrown the tunning off. so help us out with more info please

too small depends on power and the power u have i honestly would keep it @ 11 cubes but DEF!!!!!!!!!! up the tunning!

exactly ive learned the hard way unless ur running serious power, and want ur system to be painful low tuning isnt the way to go. if u want it loud as phuck with what u already have bump that tunning to 36-40hz and i swear ud think u have another system!

what subs are u running and how many? sounds damn good to me

now that box there would give u some SICK numbers!!!!!! if ur looking for something more painful than ur setup now thats the route to go! ur low end want be anywhere close to where its at now but the overall output would be an night and day difference

just go inside ur box and cut some port length off and do other improvments into ur box that u missed. u dont have to start an new box. do 45 degree corners in EVERY corner of the box, id also glass the whole inside of the box too.

try to figure out where u went wrong when u calculated for port length and from the sounds of it if i were u id even up the tunning to around 36-7hz. should be an dramatic increase in output
