Looking for a set of 20's, and just need some places too look, i have no idea what sites to look at. I'm on a budget can somebody help me out
-
Hands down, i would buy it if it was thicker but the same price as regular damplifier
-
I would be interested if it was cheaper than damplifier/damplifier pro, and still as effective
-
yea thats one of my problems, I've never set up my own system before, and this time around i want to do it myself, and I dont have an o scope or know anybody that has one
-
i like the idq suggestions.
Well i would be kind of underpowering it at 300 watts, would it still sound pretty good? sealed box im assuming?
-
-
well when i said small, i meant small in wattage, I want to get atleast a 10 or maybe 12. I've strongly considered rockford, but I am open to other brands, but just don't know anything about them, maybe RE, Sundown? I have no idea.
-
I decided not to go with a spl system, and wanted to tone it down a little bit (alot). I am going to run an Alpine PDX-5 to run a set of rockford t1 comps, rockford t1 6x9s, and then i have 300 watts mono power to work with for a sub. I would think it should go in a sealed box, but maybe not? What would knock pretty hard for 300 watts? Any opinions, help me out please.
-
alright thanks man
-
-
soundstream doesnt seem to have the power handling that i want. What about 6x9s though? any suggestions?
-
Thanks man, i feel retarded saying this, but i didn't even know you could amp a crossover. Since were on a speaker topic, any suggestions on 6x9s, rockford too? bcuz my 40 watt rms pioneers wont be able to handle 100.
-
ok i'm a complete noob to components, and don't know anything about crossovers, can you try and explain what yur talking about?
-
alright and question 2, if i get a 4 channel amp, 2 channels to power my 6x9s. How does it work wiring the tweeter and 6.5 into one channel? Will that damage them?
-
well they have to be better than stock and the pioneers that i just blew last week
-
i noticed u got the t1 components, you like em?
-
also something that i can push 100 watts to once i can afford to amp them
-
I only need 1 set because i got a coupe and only got a door speaker and tweeter on each side. But i would like to stay around 200-250ish. I'm just pissed becuz i bought pioneers and it was the biggest waste of money in the world. Blew the tweeter on a 6.5 in 2 weeks (no amp just head unit)
-
Need new 6.5s either components or coaxials. Kind of interested to try components because I have never had them before. Can a few people give me suggestions on what I should get? I've heard good things about cadence, crescendo, rockford and infinity kappa. Any suggestions?
-
basically its just a toss up because they are the same wattage, price, almost same enclosure size. I'm more leaning to the Lvl 4 just because i've never ran over 900 watts and want to get as loud as possible. Just wasn't sure which would have better SQ thats it
-
well somewhat, I'm looking for SPL mostly but if i could get some sound quality out of it, i would like to. Know what I mean?
-
which will have better sound quality, 12" Fi Q or 12" DC Level 4?
-
Save your money, don't waste it on those

What is the difference of the decaf songs?
decaf's songs are all bass enhanced songs. He usually slows them slightly and boosts the bass lines.
as far as tuning, 30-35 will work fine, ive have/had (new port extension) them also tuned at 40hz and they still pounded lows. But i would recommend 33hz.
What would the difference be between 30 and 33?
