hey guys, my bro got a new f350 harley davidson truck. were gunna put 2 jl audio tw5 shalow mounts behind the rear seats on a AQ1200. im not to sure on how to wire them down.

yea, im doing the big 3 aswell, so ill skip the negative run and just ground it in the back somewere i can find. now would i need to hook up a power wire from the front batt to the alt? or no?!

I run a neg back to the frame then a run from my amp/batt ground to frame at the same location. And 2 300 amp fuses should be good 1 up front one at rear batt
so you run a negative wired from the front batt thats grounded in the rear of the vehicle, and you ground your amp and the rear batt to the same location?

Sounds good, but if i remember correctly, you'll want to fuse between your two batteries just in case something shorts out. Your vehicle wont go up in flames
yep fuse the batteries. you dont really have to run negative though cuz its ground to your car and engine so mostly run few grounds to body in back and its good.
really, no need for a negative run?

quick question fellas.
okay, so to add 1 extra battery in the trunk of a car/truck/suv whatever, all you need is 1 run of positive and 1 run of negative from the front battery to the rear. and then from the rear you can power your amp from that? or how does it work? example:
xs d3400 in the front
1 postive and 1 negative run to the rear which would be a xs d3100 and then lets say a rockford bd2500 amp to be powered by that rear batt?

ah man dual flow masters would be SICK. paint and body is done, rims are done, got the beat in. that would deff top it up. heres a pic of the rims!

haha yea man, im hurting for my lisence. get it in december. honestly no other plans for the car THB. just keepin her clean and simple. interior is MINT. i got the car for 200 bucks no bullshit, had no motor or tranny in it. luckily we had a caprice before this one with original km's (98,000) but the body was hurting on that one. so we swaped out the motor and put it into this one, and had this one painted (forest green). i have 22' greed rims in my garage, (ill post up a pic later) but i need 1 tire. and were i come from cheapest 255x35x22 tire is 407$ EA.
so im getting some tires online for like 600$ shipped. im just pretty proud of my self for what i did tho. not being cocky or anything

I myself have a cutlass on 22's also, so you know I love me some caprices.lol

wats up guys! my name is ninos, this is my first ever install done in my garage by my self. im BIG into car audio and just love being around cars and shit! but yea, dont be so harsh on me, im only 15. dont even have my license yet. but here it is, theres no pics as i didnt take any when i installed it but heres a video!
