yes, 1 coil. i ment the topic to say 2x woofers. so from the amp positive and negative to the woofer, then from the first woofer pos and neg to the 2nd woofer?

yea, im doing the big 3 aswell, so ill skip the negative run and just ground it in the back somewere i can find. now would i need to hook up a power wire from the front batt to the alt? or no?! thanks for the help guys, for real

so you run a negative wired from the front batt thats grounded in the rear of the vehicle, and you ground your amp and the rear batt to the same location?

yep fuse the batteries. you dont really have to run negative though cuz its ground to your car and engine so mostly run few grounds to body in back and its good. really, no need for a negative run?

now, were could you mount those fuses? just on the fender under the hood?

quick question fellas. okay, so to add 1 extra battery in the trunk of a car/truck/suv whatever, all you need is 1 run of positive and 1 run of negative from the front battery to the rear. and then from the rear you can power your amp from that? or how does it work? example: xs d3400 in the front 1 postive and 1 negative run to the rear which would be a xs d3100 and then lets say a rockford bd2500 amp to be powered by that rear batt? thanks guys system is going to consist off 1 18' btl and a rockford bd 2500.
