  1. first off...ROFL at your avatar :rofl: lol.

    if your pump/tank doesn't come with tubing, you'll need some tubing. possibly some fittings as well. some kits come with these things, some don't. what is the PSI rating on your pump? you'll need an electric switch to cut it off when it reaches a certain PSI. and i assume the air horns have a solenoid built into them already.

    HAHA....thanks...but the rating is 150PSI MAX (I don't need any bigger than that for this horn). This is the tank and pump I'm looking at

    The Horn is VERY simple....Its from a military vehicle and all it has it the horn part, and a hole to fit the airhose to right before the reducers...fairly simple. This is the horn

Sorry if this isnt the correct area for this, but its the only place I could think of to post something like this because of the fact that I am still using an air system. :peepwall: ....Anyways, I have an air horn and about to get a pump and a 1.5 gallon tank for it. I was wondering what else I would need for this set-up as I am going to be putting an electronic switch in the cab. Anyone with knowledge of this would be greatly appreciated :trippy:

  3. I have never been so pissed off at a group of people as I was tonight. I'm glad that I had the mental and physical fortitude to hold myself back from fighting all 4 of those assholes. They disrespected me and what I went through while I was deployed with the Army, and THEN told me to go back to Iraq and get blown up and die. I was so angry that I even started shaking. They also told me I was nothing because I work at a strip club. I HATE being told I'm a nobody. And the worst part is, they werent even 20 yet...all 4 of them, and they had the nerve to ask ME what I have done with my life....F@#K YOU!!!......you're 19 and living in mommy's basement....come back to me when you have done more than go to a few parties and say you have done things...............Sorry for this rant, I needed to get out some frustrations.

Not really an idiot per say...but back when I bought my 2001 Mustang V6, I was putting in an aftermarket H/U and while I was pulling up trim panels and carpet, I found a stack of $20 bills totaling $1200 underneath the passenger side seat covered by old automotive carpet. and this was a car I bought from a CAR DEALERSHIP!! I'm not sure how it got there, now do I care....but I bought me some speakers, amp and sub with it though

    What is the most tactful way of checking a girl for crabs? I've used a uv light before, but its awkward as hell trying to explain what I'm doing down there without coming right out and saying,"just checking for crabs!" I've also found it to be a real mood killer.

  6. Hmm thought it could of been a bad cell and your alternator was working harder to keep that battery charged lowering the voltage output but if it's resting at 14.4 then it's not that.

    I have a dual battery set-up, so i'm unsure whether the secondary battery is being drained and while the vehicle is on, the main battery and alternator is charging the secondary at the cost of output

    No, I never bump it when its off

    steady at 14.4v

    do you mean you are losing output and have no idea on "power"? just trying to make sure you are asking the correct question.

    Sorry...I should have been more clear. Over the past several days, I've noticed that the, for lack of a better term, volume of my subs has been going down. I don't know if I am draining one of my batteries while the vehicle is off and it just needs to recharge or the constant shaking of the subs is changing the volume knob of the amp itself

  8. I am losing power somewhere. I don't know where. My subs arent as loud as they were about a week ago. I know they arent as loud because the pressure inside the vehicle isn't there anymore. I don't know if I am draining the battery somehow when the vehicle is off or what. Please, any helpful suggestions would be great. It's starting to worry me.

  9. I have never been really good with numbers. Sux ass.....but I was wondering if any of you guys could help me out with a box for SPL. I have 4 Lanzar Heritage 15s DVC 2ohm. The total length I have in the back is 24 inches from the top of my seat to the hatch EXACTLY and about 48 from left to right. Height....well....I think its about 50 inches...I would have to re-check that. making a box in general is no problem, its the port and size of it and any baffles that I get "A case of the dumb" about. Any help would be awesome
