  1. yes it is rated for 2 ohms. and how I have 6 is the back wall wire is spliced to have 2 speakers each back channel instead of 1.
  2. good idea ill check that power pack first thing tomorrow. idk why i haven't yet... And I've had this setup exactly as is for months now so the ohm load should be fine.
  3. woops sorry its a titanium power 1200.1 mono but only the music goes in out out not the bass... baffles me really
  4. all 5x7 alpine speakers at 4 ohms run off the head unit which is an alpine cde-102 but i have the alpine power pack hooked into it which puts off 45watts per channel. and as for loud/bass settings loud is off and all settings off and it still has this issue oh and my sub is a rockford fosgate t2d215 if it matters.
  5. SO recently this problem came up. Just a quick rundown.. i have a 15" rf sub and 6 alpine speakers and alpine head unit. So recently this problem started where if i have the sub on loud, various speakers various speakers will cut in and out(sometimes left side sometimes the rear) Its weird because its an out of the blue problem i didn't mess with anything to cause it any ideas? head unit issue maybe? Thanks in advance guys.
  6. thanks everyone its good to know i most likely wont blow my subs
  7. http://www.titaniumpower.com/Details.aspx?id=2009318121429992124514 not sure how crappy it actually is but it really helps ro know that the subs are wired to 1 ohm
  8. its a titanium power 1200.1 its 1200 at 1 ohm 900 at 2 ohms and 500 at 4 ohms
  9. at 1 ohm my amp puts out 1200 if my rms rating is 400 is this too much?
  10. hi. i have 2 pioneer dual 4 ohm subs and i recently parallel wired them. since the subs themselves are wired parallel in my boz and then i have the 2 subs wired together through the terminals then one set of wires going to the amp does that mean i'm at 1 ohm or 2 ohms? i've heard both and i figured someone on here might know better. Thanks in advance! http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_16493_Pioneer-TS-W308D4.html (i have 2 of these)
