  1. Here is my build log. I ordered a Kenwood KDC-X895 deck with installation kit from Crutchfield.. Installed all the speaker wire myself(did not keep factory amp) Sorry i didnt take any pics of the wiring or installation of deck.. heere is the finished product. Toyota Tacomas(some packages) come with JBL tweeters and door speakers... this is what i used. This deck is strong enough to push the speakers, but i really could use more power.. I stripped the factory plastic out of the back of the seats and built a box from MDF .50inch. Using a kicker 10" shallow mount. I was able to get a decent bump out of this. Next step was carpeting the box. I used standard charcoal grey carpet with some 3M spray tac.. Not the best lookin but it is hardly seen by eyes anyway. My amp was just dangling behind the seat so i wanted to mount it somewhere. I removed the back of the seat(plastic) and created 4 holes. I used screws and bolted the amp to the back of the seat. Its really firm and sturdy now... better than flopping around. Mounted the amp to the screws, then powered it up. I also use corrigated tubing to clean up the wire mess. You can see the speaker in the background also. Another angle.. Thats all for now
  2. KRIT got some sick lyrics. Something that Hip Hop / Rap has lost now a days. IM actually digging MGK also.. dude can rap.
