  1. id say an older diesel like an F250 or Dodge cummins with the crew cab or quad cab. Just because there badass and i say older cause newish diesels can still cost a lot. Im just throwin it out there, i just like those trucks i don't have any reasoning car audio wise i just like them.

I love those trucks too but the ones around here are going for like $30,000+ and stuff. Not many old trucks worth buying are for sale and the ones that are, are regular cab and/or have 200k+ miles. Thanks for input!

  2. Not saying I'm a big guy or anything but I'm 6'4 220 pounds and drive a '06 Kia Spectre so my knees and ego are always hurting haha. I'm looking for a used truck under $15,000. Wanting it to be 4x4, and some kind of extended/crew/access cab because I plan on throwing four 15"s in a wall once I get the truck and spare cash. This is pretty much a future wish list but might come true very soon if I can find one for sale. Knowing 99% of anyone reading this is probably halfway across the country/world I'm just wanting some help on what yall think are good trucks that I can be semi-rough on and still have enough room for them four 15's. Been looking at Tacoma's but haven't found one worth buying in my general area. Any ideas on what trucks don't handle bass well or any trucks that are easy with installations? Any help is awesome, thanks for your time!

  3. On a side note to my earlier post, around 1:46 the kid in the hoodie/black face mask says something about the victim jumped him with 20 people. This might just be retaliation to ANOTHER out numbered fight... Either way, most of the real men have been replaced with weak kids in numbers and/or bitches with guns and knives. Seldom do you see an actual fair fist fight that doesn't end in "i know where you live", "im gonna get my brother", or some other bullshit. W/e blah blah

  4. Ok so I had 4 grand in my hand started dividing it op between different thing like car inshurance, tag renual, round trip tickets to Tampa and gas for the drive up to north Dakota from Georgia and now my step mom is talkin about wanting the full years car inshurance up front so she don't have to worry about me now paying it and tellin me that I can't leave with my dads truck that I'm buying from him without atleast giving up half rite off the bat and the inshurance or truck payments have nothing to do with her and as of rite now I killed myself to make money and I don't even get to enjoy any of it wtf is up with that shit

i no wut u saying puja, i had 4 grand in my hand and went to walmart and bought some bakon and walked out with 3 bucks how can i enjoy my bakon if i broke? =@

  5. I have 2 12's on just 200 rms and i flexed a gas station window with this track!

    :yahoo:

    :bsflag:

I used to have two 12" Kicker Comps on a Kicker 300 watt amp and could "vibrate" building windows from around 30 feet away, windows down. Wasn't any kind of real flex, you could just hear the window vibrating if you were inside the building. Maybe he was parked right next to the window and/or used bad wording with "flexing". Either way I wouldn't call BS off the top.

  6. Some college kids did a cover for Get Low by Lil Jon. The original video/song is below and my bass edited version is below that. I do not know what I am doing, don't blow your shit playing my edited song, this particular edit was done out of fun and boredom and is more of a "wtf is that person playing" type deal. Got bored near the end and just threw random tones and stuff in, have fun with it.

It's mostly 45, 35, and 24hz but it does get up to 50hz and down to 20hz and I'm not exactly sure if I am editing properly so someone please check to make this is indeed safe for sharing and reply back here.

  7. I'm contemplating making a bandpass box for my stock 15" XL but I need the Vas for it which I can't find! Thanks in advance.

Edit - I would still like to know the Vas, but after more time on the subject I'm pretty sure I can't fit a box in my trunk big enough to tune as low as I'd like. If someone knows a lot about AJ's bandpass calculator or any other online bandpass calculators please pm me.

  8. I recently saw a thread where someone said for a DC XL 15" you want close to 15 inches of port per foot and 50-80in² of port area. And seeing how I'm only giving it 1200 watts, I wanted the box to be around 4.30 Cu. Ft. to make it more efficient. I'm wanting to tune around 32hz but I can't find a way to get the recommended port and desired box size out of the dimensions I have. Hopefully this won't turn into a back-seat system :peepwall:

  9. Thanks for the upload but the majority of these songs are clipped, I only kept one song from the whole zip.

Some were tricky. But for the most part I just raised volume +3 db and increase 30hz bass by 4 in audicity. Adjusted highs in a few. Curious which 1 song you kept =D

I kept the Marquise Porter - In Da City. I already have or heard all the other songs you uploaded. In Da City might be my new favorite beat, thanks :)

  10. I bought my first system 2-3 years ago and it's finally gone. It's the two Kicker Comp 12's in the prefab aeroport box along with a Kicker 300 watt amp. I payed around $700 bucks for it from a local audio shop and probably over payed but I was rolling in money back then *ironic considering what I bought*. There is a few things that could lower my selling cost but would like to get some opinions so I don't rip myself off, every little bit helps now-a-days..

I did some experimenting with inverting the subs and changing them back and only inverting one and so on, doing all this splintered some parts of the box where the subs mount, it's nothing you can visually see but it's 'box damage' I guess. Also when I inverted the subs I took my knife to where the lip of the box where the sub flat mounts and cut a notch out so the wires would not get crushed when screwing the sub in, its visible but it doesn't hurt the output of the box.

TL:DR - How much would you pay for a used two 12" Kicker Comps in a prefab box and a 300 watt Kicker amp?
