  1. After bumping for a good 30+ minutes i get a weird ass smell from my subwoofers. It smells like idk foul air? i cant explain it. It smells just weird as hell. People have suggested that it's the wires but idk if its that. I'm going to bump it real quick to get a better idea of the smell. Like maybe plastic melting or something. Maybe wires are burning? Idk it's just an un-explainable smell. Yes, it's on max. I always have the DBFB on high (Dynamic Bass FeedBack, like a bass boost) and all that and i bump it as loud as i can. Any suggestions?
  2. No, i dont think i can fit a HCD M300av deck into the car to even make it look decent lol. I'm going to wait until i get a car first also.
  3. Lol he had me hell of confused there. Thanks for clearing that up guys.
  4. My current setup: Sony 50 +1 CD w/ Dolby Pro Logic Surround sound and 3 DBFB Settings, HCD M300AV (And two casset tapes but i dont have any of that shit lol) 2 Sony SS-M500AV's 6" 1 Sony SA-WG99 8" Subwoofer 2 Sony Tweeters, 1 on each SS-M500AV Unknown watt output to the 6", my guess is 50-100 watt range. SA-WG 8" has 150 watt output, and has a outlet pluggin to the walll. Very weak system in my opinion and is only used for me to beat the shit out of it. I keep the living room bouncing though. For a good idea of my system, here are some googled pics of my system SA-WG99, 20lbs (had to carry it from 4 blocks away from my friends house.) SS-M500AV could only find a service man. pic all the others were break apart images for re-building/repair. Sony HCD M300AV (The Deck that runs all three subs)I can't find my exact one, Yes it has a rotating tray style that holds 51 cds at once, but mine has a screen which tells you volume, bass/acoustic/vocal levels, etc. Fuck google images. My setup so far! EDIT: p.s: i'm a young audio enthusiast. I'm only 13 but i wanted to sign up on a forum for support and tips for my setup, and yes it is going to grow even more in the future.
