  10. That can actually weaken the wood. Not trying to sound like an ass just trying to help. Since the glue holds it together you only need enough nails(or staples) to hold it until the glue drys.
  11. x2 What the fuck is the point of these posts? Its been said a thousand times nothing is being changed so why even say it.
  12. Overall it looks good, but you have about a 1000 nails in those baffles and you only need one about every 4 inches or so at the most. The glue holds it together not nails & screws.

  14. If you run a postive wire back to the amp why would you not upgrade the underhood grounds? Thats like a kink in a garden hose. Those tiny factory grounds were not meant for that kind of extra current

  19. Why does wire size matter? So I guess all those little wires that make your vehicle run shouldn't need fuses either since they are small LOL..

  23. This box is honestly way off in volume and port. With those measurments it's 4.8cu.ft. gross(didn't take into account the port or sub displacement, and I really don't know how to figure the port out the way you have it). The net volume is most likely close to 4cu.ft.
  24. The biggest problem I see with that box is the port. Can you give the dimensions of the box and port so we can figure the exact size & tuning. I also wouldn't worry about the box being 5.9cubes, solobarics like larger boxes and the 15 will work fine in 6cubes as long as your carefull with the amount of power your giving it.
