  1. I was curious as to how low these can go below tuning. When I get my future set up, I will be running 2 12" vvx's off a T1500.1bdCP and I would like to be able to hit down to 28Hz and am curious as to a good tuning to be able to play that without worry.

There are quite a few customers with (2) VVX-12 setups on youtube you could watch :)

Also, these drivers were built to dig out the lows. If I were to get a ported box for the VVXs I would tune mine personally at 30hz. I prefer the lows as well :)

  2. my vvx8s are doing the same thing and ive been rocking em for a while. i have in wired to 1 ohm also. i used 12volt.com wiring diagram and i was wondering the same thing. why one had wicked excursion but one barely moved. ill check my coils whenever i get a dmm. but my sub isnt making noise and they pound good. just one punds harder.

Still weird as that shouldn't be happening :-/

i was thinking maybe i got a dual 4s n a dual 2s but im not too worried i just beat around town real quick n ones loosening up to being same so if problem comes back then idk.

A cheap DMM cost 20$. Grab one and figure out your issue :)

  4. Shit sounds good

Just need to finish up a few things and get him a HO alt and it will be solid. It would be sweet it the port was forward but still sounds good. Not really going for numbers with it. Will throw on the meter soon for shits and giggles though

And Kev that 4500 is a solid amp going to get some clamped numbers out of it this weekend hopefully on both 12v and 14v.

    Tuned in for that
