  1. Person A runs RE subs, person B runs Sony xplodes. Perosn C runs Fi, Person D runs DD, etc. The list goes on. THis is a car audio enthusiast forum. We all like car audio, one person likes x company, awesome, why do we all have to constantly bash eachother saying your stuff you spent hard earned money on is shit. The guy asked for some simple facts. We answered, done. Yes RE quality has gone down, but if slammins RE are wokign for him awesome, I have personally heard his car and it is loud and clean. Ya he isn;t running 400000 watts but it sounds good for what he wants and can afford. in my opinion a high 140 is loud enough to hurt your ears and still impressive to most out of a trunk. and when the componenets dont break after repeted use especially in MI which has ridiculus weather, i wouldnt call them junk. Lets not bash if its working for him. But to end, I run DD so FTMFW all those others can't compare :yahoo: haha

  2. Just Looking to get the most out of space given. It was an example due to online searching. post has been edited any recommendations?

    subs?

    amps?

4 15's would be ideal but airspace is an issue there. 15's also require more airspace and with my box size only 2 would fit with the right airspace. (box is roughly 10-13cu)

with 10-13 cubes you could do 3 15s no probs. but try to lean closer to 12 so each get 4 at least depending on sub that should be good

  3. i have polk MM series and they sound great. I dont know too much about marine audio at all. just make sure that speakers are mairne rateed. and if not then make sure water wont get to em. but in my head it makes sense to kind of try to make a 4th order box in the boat like using boat as box. IDK how bass will travel in open air with force. sure aint like a car
