i like it except for the box..
what i want to know is,,how does a box come out too big??
if you go thru the work of designing it how can it come out bigger?? unless you "wing" it..
needs more like 12 cubes for the woofers.. so around a 15 to 16 cube total gross volume box

i love the d975 i have.. at first i only had a 3100 and 3400 and i dropped to around 12.8v even i added the 975 ( biggest i could fit in the extra space in trunk).. and it allowes me to maintain 13.4v full tilt
but anyways if anything do the 3 975s and it drops too much..add more 975s lol or 3100 3400 etc

ive seen alot of hdc coils go bad on low power
i have 2 burnt coils in the closet 1 died on a cadence 1200w and the other died on maybe 1400w
both coils came unwound
and 1 of them ripped the triple joint
in my book AQ or should i say SOUNDQUED uses ultra cheap softparts n material

lolol biggest remote terminal i seen on a amp was 8g
i use 12g speaker wire with no issues
shit most amp kits come with 16g or smaller wire

its a kenwood. every kenwood amp runs hot. thats why they added fans in the newer models
What makes them run hot though? Why don't they just fix that?
just cheap build quality thats all
there is a reason why the sell kenwood at worst buy (best buy)

doesnt matter on the ah size
example most cars cant fit a 100ah battery under hood so they may go with a 50 or 60ah battery.. its the SAME thing as having them in back
i have my 3100 under my hood and the 3400 and d975 in the trunk
its not a good idea to mix wetcell and agm

my intellicharger does just fine and so does the deltran battery tender jr..
ive stored shuriken batteries with the deltran charger .. hooked up for literally 2 months straight and floated at 13.6v. never had a issue either

driving down the road if you go side to side the humming will stop ..or get worse going left to right
also jacked up there should be alot of play in the bearing itself ( whole hub should move)

psi can do a recone for any sub..ive seen alot of digital design reconed with psi softparts..
dd sells recones tho and im sure a dc lvl 4 or the like will fit ( just a guess) but just bc they dont have a recone for a dd specific.. there are other coils that will fit

trunk cars suck.. i went from a 94 civic hatch that was doing 147s n up on minimal power..
then i went to my beretta and with basically the same equipment im 3db down from the hatch.. and i even did forward firing "trunkwall"
i cannot wait to get my hands on another hatchback of some kind
