Not to sound like a douche but I really don't feel comfortable buying electronics and such off eBay. I know it sounds paranoid, and my boss buys speakers and amps all the time through eBay, but I don't want to go through the hassle of getting my money back if I get bad stuff.

Just getting opinions on them.

Found some Infinity Reference 6032cs w/ tweeters and crossovers for $90 online. Anywhere else I see them for $200. Anyone have experience with these speakers? Looking for a good, middle of the road speaker.

I suppose only two baffles then. That puts me at a net volume of 3.55 cubes, with an approx. tuning of 26 hz. Is there such a thing as tuning a box too low?

Gathering materials for this box tomorrow. Anyone see anything that stands out that I need to fix?

New box design, still need to throw in the bracing and round some of the sharp edges. Working with it and the Torres calculator to get it just right.

It's going in the back of an Xterra, so I've got more room. I was confused if the recommended volume was net or gross.

Aha, that's what I was hung up on. Kynto, the port is 3" x 15" deep and 7 across the back.

3/4 MDF also.
