my truck is a 2007 5.9. the voltage will get up above 16 and kick older amp off. when you are playing hard running down the road and when it is cold and the heater comes on on the motor had a kicker zx 650.4 it kicked off . but the newer digital amps are fine.

good 6.5 comps installed right will sound great

you should call audio control there real helpfull, there are different jumper settings on the inside you can change to fix unwanted noise .it is in one of the books ,should be simple to fix i have the kenwood dnx 9960.going to the matrix then to the dqxs, then into my amp.power block and ground block grounded to the bat, and body and frame.

is the noise when no music is playing, if mine is turned up to high going to the amps i will get a hiss

he used the punch p3sd412 at the top we had like 4" inside and 7" at the bottom. that truck had a hump and we formed it to fit . it is a little cab so it sounds prety good.

that will be tight. helped a guy put 2 -12" rockfords sealed, in a toyota single cab
