  1. sold as pairs. they will always be sold in pairs unless they say its a single speaker. no one sells a single mid and tweet.

Thank you, i was trying to look for something that said that but i couldn't find anything.

  2. You do know you can buy them directly off of Crescendo's website right? That's what I did..

yes i know i can buy straight from the site i was just on mobile at the time i posted. I was just asking if anyone knew if they are priced as a pair or single. I will just email or call them

  3. So i am planning a build in my wifes 2012 corolla... I am going to use a 5 channel instead of getting a 4channel and mono amp to make things easier. Its just going to be a small build replacing factory speakers and making a sub stage. If any one has 5 channel amps willing to sell PM or list them here.

  4. So here is the comparison with dmm. The original color is gray but i painted this one black to match the car. Also there is only a power and ground so you put a switch in between or use a relay to turn it off and on.

  5. I have recently changed from 2 amps too 1... also i had 2 kicker zx1000.1 and went to a single aq2200. It was too difficult to gain match for the fact that the kickers gain does not increase in small increments. You adjust the gain and it was a big difference. I tuned both kickers with dd-1 and looked at voltage with a dmm and seen that one amp was at 48 ac volts and the other was at 52 ac volts. So when i took it down a notch on the one thats was 52 it dropped it to 46. I was never going to really get an exact match on the volts with a dmm. I however did use the bass boost to accommodate the ac volts and go them near spot on but i wasn't sure using bass boost was the right way to do it so i ened up selling them and buying a single amp.

  6. I am hearing good things about fi i know this for sure. I have also you tubed a few videos and the boxes i see are mostly sub up port back. With the vehicle i have, 2007 ford escape, i was only able to do port and sub up with my aq 15's. Doing a new box with my same dimensions i will have 40x22.75x24.5 WxHxD. I may want to bring it down on the height to try and keep it under the window line but im not sure how much i need to drop it. I was looking at the site and it says 3-5cuft and with 2 15's im looking at being closer to the 6-7cuft box. Any opinions on this.

  7. The 8's in there rear as you stated are being blocked by the seat which makes me want to try this project with the doors. I haven't done fiberglass on a project like this but willing to try it out. So would i be alright with the 2 sets of components and a set of 8's and rebuild the door with those? or is there a different suggestion?

  8. im trying to get my low mids, mids and higs to come out more, a little louder i guess. i really dont know to much about car audio fine tuning. I dont really want to compete but i am looking around at some of these local shows just to see what i could do. This is purely a daily driver. Right now i have an AQ 2200 and 2 AQ sdc2.5, planning to upgrade those very soon also. I have a kicker 650.4 and a candence 300.2. I have cadence 6.5 3-ways cadence 8" midbass and cadence tweets. Plan on re-doing the front doors to accommodate the setup.

The way the door looks now
