the new enclosure will have subs up and port back.the port will be 200 sq in tuned to 35 hz port will be along the bottom of box.ipeople have told me i will lose lower end bass by facing subs up is this true.any suggestions will be appreciated

25 to 26 inches tall and 26 to 28 inches deep i can go deeper i have the hole back of tahoe to work.would like to leave room for some batteries though

here is what i am looking for a box 12 cubic ft internally after bracing and sub displacement etc..with a 200 sq inch port tuned to 35 hz.subs up port back.it is going in a 2003 tahoe with barn doors. width of box i want to be 48 inches height and depth not sure would like to be even with back seats .sub displacement is 0.31 ft per sub or 8.90 L

i live in tennessee so a little to far to drive lol.i would love to have steve build it.but be expensive to ship.didnt know if he would draw it out so i could build it.

will steve design you a box and sale you the blueprints so you can build it yourself.never built an enclosure before but want to for a 2003 tahoe and 2 18.but i dont really know nothing about building one.

not sure it was done at a local shop where i bought the subs.it was done on termlab on winshield sealed up.i have been told by treo to build a box that is 13 cubic ft internal with a 200 sq inch port tuned to 35 hz.subs up port back. i have never built and enclosure so just trying to figure out how to get a little more spl but i want to do it on music not burps.thanks

hi i have a 2003 tahoe i am currently running 2 18 treo ssx with 2 treo ssx 2000.1 on them.what is the best way to build a new enclosure.right now i have subs back and ports back.i am only doing a 147 with music i am wanting to break 150s.i have been told the best way would do subs up port back with a 200 sq inch port tuned to 35 hz here is link to my old setup http://www.radioactive12volt.com/gallery.htm go to tahoe. i have been told i dont have enough port area this was built by a local shop.i would really apperciate any help and ideas.thanks
