fiberglass resin by itself will not add strength
i have to disagree with that. mdf has micro pours that the resin penetrates and allows it to harden, thus creating a stiffer piece
-
are you just wanting to reinforce the inside of the box for stiffness? if thats the case many people just resin the walls and some may even lay fiberglass in the corners
yep just reinforce it but if you could link some stores that have the kind of stuff i need cause i dont know what exactly need. thanx alot
home depot or lowes will have everything you need

if you are actually wanting to build a fiberglass box, then go to the fabrication section, theres a couple stickys you can check out about fiberglassing

yep , all fords in that era and newer are controlled by the computer , i am in the same boat
a friend of mine had this issue with his explorer. he eventually got his ecm flashed by someone he met on an offroading forum, ill ask him next time i see hiim about it
-
it really depends on the equipment you have and the end goals you are trying to reach, but as stated above, most times ported will result in being louder
-
whatever size you make it, just remember as a rule of thumb betwee 12-14^2 of port area per cubic foot
-
damn bro, glad you made it out with just what happened, a good friend of mine died 3 years ago in a similar accident
-
we need an Official ask for price thread so that theres not a million threads asking for prices, u post what u want a price on and rep will pm u with prices. imo would be the best thing so theres not a new price thread every few hrs
this seems like a good idea. but if someone simply went to the dc section, they would see who says "pmd" or "pm coming", and should be able to figure out thats who they should ask, its not that hard
-
Many times its simply atmospheric conditions that play a role in that, but it could also be insufficient separators or low quality hose
-
Get more than you need now, because before you know it you will be going bigger. We all do
-
It's not bad, but it's a pawn shop, bust them down
-
not nearly enough port area, not even close. most suggest 12-15sq of port per cubic foot
-
go sundown, you wont regret it
-
never had to do pushups, but with my old setup the cop let me go after giving him a demo(country town) LOL
-

-
