subs came in and are in truck. shit is poundn. still gotta do some eq ajusting and get this new box built.

this will deff be happenin in the next week or so. i hate the way my prefab sounds and its tuned to high with ports to the side that are being choked cause theres only like and inch of room in front of em.

yea that sounds good low then 1/2 then 3/4. i will have the gains set right so there wont be any clipping. only thing im not happy about is i have a shit prefab box. but will be building a custom box very soon

i have 2 brand new dual 4ohm solobaric l7s being delivered tomorow. what is the proper way to break them in. please help i havent had a new sub since my last set of l7s n 04. and i dont want to mess them up. so they will last as long as the lst set

I think I tried the torres n it only shows with port on side of both speakers I want port in midlle n want angled corner. Just wanna do this right the first time. I've never built a tuned box. Only a few sealed awhile back. @kwagg I think I did post it on kicker fb page.

can someone give me ideas and box designs. i have a 99 3/4 ton suburban 2500 max box dimension can be 46 in side to side. 28 in front to back. n say round 20-22 in tall. i want subs facing to the back with port between the 2. tuned at 32 hz. n what would be better to have all one chamber or seperately with ports meetin in middle.
