^^He thinks he found one on CL. What color is the interior? I know there has got to be a ton of old retired trucks that have the same dash near him.
-
I didn't realize you had the cluster sorry. It's just weird where you have to put the HU in those things. And then a big hollow spot where the stock radio was.
-
You might as well get the updated dash from the 94-98 while you're at it. And about my stolen truck, no worries, it's been years ago that it was stolen. I had the nice projector headlights and clear parking lamps and corners on it that would look nicevon that 91.
-
Gonna have to find a salvage yard or some old boy that has an old farm truck he's put to rest. I guarantee there's a truck not too far from you rusted out with a dash waiting to be plucked.
-
If I could find the guys that stole my truck, I could get my old dash out of that truck for you

I like the straight up Amish dude in a lawnchair creepin on the two "girls"

Don't open the rear end to save on gas. Get a tuner, like Superchips. they should offer a tuner with an 87 octane option. Any way to make the motor breathe better will gain HP plus fuel mileage. Headers would be next option
-
I never looked them up? How much are they? I HAVE looked up the entire rolling assembly for a C6 corvette and they range from about 10K-20K depending on how many miles.

59 impala rear lights?
Yup, looks like 59 to me. Only year they were like that i think.
-
Right, the impala was the replacement for the 210 series yes? Like '60 had an impala Belair didnt they? I shall google....
-
I wonder what it has for an actual frame to put all that C6 onto. If you've seen the bare C5 and C6 powertrains, there isnt actually a frame. It's just got the long torque tube(driveshaft). Lots of fabrication I bet bit it's pretty cool looking.
-
Rear looks like a biscayne, or a bubble top Belair circa 1960.
-
I agree, I'd keep it at a 235 or narrower.

Why not go to discounttire.com or discounttiredirect.com and do the wheel fitment guide and what it says for a 17 inch wheel on a PT?
-
Shipping was free also.

Audiosavings.com go to their eBay store and make an offer. That's what I did and they accepted an offer for 100 bucks. I think they were marked at like 119?

The helmet is gonna save your life, the leathers are gonna save limbs.
Lol, not only your helmet saves your life also the vest that protects your back from breaking.
So you don't really care about limbs? You wouldn't mind living like a dead plant? only being able to eat and drink thru a straw.
I've seen quite a lot of motorcycle accidents where people didn't want to wear their gear or buy some, just wearing a helmet then they got hit by a car and they are in a wheelchair for life.
Dude if an accident is gonna happen, it's GONNA happen. People die in cars just the same. People get paralyzed and disabled in cars JUST the same. Driving in traffic/in the middle of nowhere, there are chances we take. This guy is never gonna throw a leg over a bike because people will have him scared to death thinking it's his last day on Earth. If he feels comfortable without a bunch of equipment on his body, then that is gonna be his choice.
I do agree that the more protection he wears, the better his chances of saving himeself and body parts he has. On a side note, I don't know HOW it's legal, but here in the state of Arizona, it is not a required law to wear a helmet at all. Seems completely stupid, as I have to wear a seatbelt. Why would a rider choose not to protect the most important piece of equipment on their bike, their head? Boggles me....

What size fuse should I use for the battery? Both amps are 30x3 Also what size fuses in the dist block to use?
I looked and can't find exact size fuses, for the battery there is either 150a or 200a and for the agu dist block there is either 80a or 100a
Use a 200A ANL fuse under the hood. Inside, use a fused distrubution block with 100 amp ANL's. Get a single 1/0 in and dual 4 gauge outs.

An RE SRX 12" can be bought new for about a 100 bones. Mine take 600W RMS all day long.
-
And JUST to clarify, i wasn't trying to be rude with my comment towards HJC. It's never been, or will never be a piece of equipment I'd put on my head.
-
You sell your HJC's. You'd never sell one to me based on aesthetics, weight, or comfort. I'm sure it's a great quality helmet, but im a picky shopper and always buy the best I can.
-
I never said one helmet would protect better than another. Only that a helmet in general is what's saves a life, not a leather(or synthetic) set.

My boots also took forever to get broken in, but once they did they were super comfortable. I run the Fox F3's so they have that big gap in the front for monster knee braces.
help with my RF t1500-1 bdcp please

You can't run 2 D2 subs for a final load of 1 ohm. Only two D4 coil subs can be wired that way.
