If you're itching to play with fiberglass, make some kick panels and keep those speaker in front of you. Less speaker wire to run if you decide to run them off of the deck. I've always had distortion issues at louder volumes running speaker off of deck power.

I agree, start simple and see if that helps with switching out bulbs. If not you have a more serious issue. Relays(if you can locate the damn thing) AREN'T expensive. Maybe 10 bucks at a local parts store.

Yes. Your normal headlights turn off when you switch to high beams, AS should your fogs. Fog lights should switch off as soon as high beams turn on.

Yes your normal headligghts WOULD go out if you hit the high beam switch. There should be either a fuse or a high beam relay under hood or in your fuse box. Try looking up online where to find whichever controls your high beams, whether it be a relay or a fuse issue. Locate it and check it.
