  1. I've been trying to get legal help from UPS on proper procedure but there not helping me really. His email is [email protected]. His full name, address, email and phone is registered within his UPS account. He's a brave scammer, he hasn't covered his tracks at all unless its a completely false identity, which I doubt. My deal was made around the 14th of March so I've been chasing this a while now. UPS has been worthless so far, more defensive than help. They're handling it like "Its not our problem, ask someone else", they're really starting to piss me off. And RootXBeer, read up on how COD works at the UPS site and you'll understand how I was scammed.

You need to call the police and explain that ups will not talk to you. They should be able to handle everything for you.

  2. Indiana police can go suck a bag of dicks. That is all.

Up north it's bad. Down where I live it's not too bad. I went to the Casino in Hammond with some friends and on the way back I got pulled over, searched, and basically harassed. I was a detention officer at the time and had my handcuff key on me. Cop confiscated my key because he said I wasn't allowed to have it, ticked me off because it was my good key.

  3. Don't miss paying back your pawn loans! Get that stuff back. I'd recommend going to an employment agency. If your buddy can't get you in at O'Charley's. You know you can do better than BK. No one is getting anywhere working at fast food places. It's a decent gig, unless you need money. Other than that it's a lot of work for not much gain.

BTW, I've been playing guitar for about 13 years and bass for about 9 years. It's just a hobby for me, but I absolutely love it. I wouldn't want to go without it.

Actually since Burger King started buying back their franchises and turning them into corporate locations it is a good place to work. The restaurant industry is a lot more stable than retail and in some aspects education as well. Granted the pay is not very much, but Fast food has a very high turn over rate. So bumping up into management is fairly easy and pays close to what most employment agencies pay.
