i sold my 12s today haha. threw some 10s in my car and i find their mediocre bass output to be funny lol

So 10's can only sound mediocre? You threw them in? So I'm guessing prefab. If this is the case I bet your 12's were less than mediocre and you have no idea what good sounds like.
