yea 142 db aint bad at all for one sub..man im tellin ya sumtimes i like one sub better then multiple. my bro has a jl 18w3 and that fucker is hooked up to a kenwood amp thats briged and that hits 157 db's but the box is insane and i think the box helps it alot.. but his spl is crazy and he only has one sub.. he has the loudest system ive heard around here
