How much different is a x from a btl? Cuz I'm highly looking at a 15

I saw it but I'm guarenteeing that amps rms is like 1.2k

Money is kind of hard to come by. What amp + sub/subs would be best for around 400 total? I really want a FI btl 15 and a aq2200 but that's an easy stack.
