I think I'm going to get an electronic crossover. Run the 6" through the sub level on the xover with the LPF @400hz then HP it on the amp at 80hz. For the tweeters just set the xover to 5khz HPF. Seems like it'd work in my head...

The HP wont cross high enough for the tweeters. It would be having all freq over 500hz to the tweeter. Unless there is something else to cut those freq?

I plan on getting a RF p400-4 amp. I want to bridge it to 2ch for 200wrms x2 @4 ohm. i got this in my reg cab ranger biggest box i could build without losing leg room was 49w x 14h x 7bd x 4 td (this box is 48w x 14.5h x 4d so i could fit my amp behind the seat too and leave some room for cooling) remember still gotta hide an amp (if it cant fit under the seats)
