Well I just ordered my Two Skar VVX-12's and I am already excited for them to get here. Any comments on how yours sound or experiences you have had with Skar or any comments let me know. I really think I will like how they sound. Thanks

I have really been thinking abouot the whole "start from scratch" idea. I honestly dont feel comfortable building a ported box yet. I have been looking at a few different things but this keeps coming back to me. i looked at those. i was wondering what kind of terminals are on the side. i cant quite tell from the pics on their website. is it push terminals???

well i went out and did a little test to see how loud my subs can really get. they sounded great. so I realized why im havig problems with how they sound. they only hit mids. anything lower than 65 or 70hz i cant hear. So my new queastion is what 10's hit good lows. Same one's as named earlier? Sundown,Skar, and Alpine?

So I ordered an HID kit and it took about two weeks to get because of some stupid guy stealing an 18-wheeler that my HID's were on. So anyways I got them today and put them on. I got the 10,000k Low Beam and Halogen High beam combo. I had a 8000K kit before but i wanted more blue so I got these and I love them. anyways on to the pics: only go two pics tonight. will put more up tomorrow evening. Stock: 10,000K HID:

unfortunately yes. I have almost decided on the Skar IVX 10's. I will do some more research before I make my final decision but it is about 70% set on thee Skar's

the Type R's are $125 a piece on sonicelectronix.com. If i got four Skar IVX 10's they would be $120 a piece. They are cheaper then the Type R's. I contacted a OA rep and he said that JPrice's OA 10's were custom made and would cost $220 piece.

I am set on four 10's because I already have abox for 4 10's that I built and I am gonna use that box. I am looking for something with around 400-500 RMS and I would like to find something around $80-$100 a piece. I have had a few people tell me Skar 10's and they are a little over my budget. Give me your opinion on if spending a little over my budget is worth it for the Skar 10's or give me suggestions on any other subs that would be similar or lower in price. Thanks in advance.

Yeah. I got a box with 4 Boston G2 10s and I'm looking for something with around 400 rms instead of the 250 the G2s have.

Well that's my guessing. They are two in each box sealed. One song that hits the loudest is "Competition Hertz" by Bass Mekanik. I don't know what hertz that plays but if anyone knows let me know so I know where my range is. And any song suggestions in that range.

I got 4 Boston Acoustic G2 10s and I have 2 or 3 songs that are good but I want some more. What good songs have a lot of bass in the 60-100hz range. The lows don't really get loud but I think kids will sound good. Give me some suggestions please. Thanks in advance.
