Car is a 2007 Hyundai Sonata Prestige remote start 105BP transmitter Audiovox Aps687c Prestige Deluxe Remote Start and Keyless Entry System w/ 1 Way Remote Controls From the manual: As a keyless entry unit, for your convenience, the parking lights will flash once when the doors are locked and twice when the door are unlocked. But this is what is happening: If you hit the remote lock button the doors lock and the parking lights come on. You have to hit the lock button again to get the parking lights to go out. If you use the remote to unlock the doors unlock and the lights flash on/off/on. If you sit in the car and turn on the parking lights using the switch on the steering wheel and turn the switch off, the parking lights stay on. You have to turn the switch on again and then off to get the parking lights off, same as using the remote. This did not happen before the remote starter install. This is the second unit they installed and the same thing happens. It was installed by a dealer. They have been in business for a long time installing radios and remote starters. Is this a wiring issue? Bad ground? or is there a relay in the car that might be giving me the problem? Thanks in advance, Steve
