When I had my buick I had two batteries and I think it put some stress on the little 105 amp alt. But gtps have 160amp alts from what I have read. So I would say 2 batteries so that way you can also listen to your music worry free when your car is off. If you don't have a gtp I apologize for my ignorance.

Why not sell the panels to a wrecker? This is just so wasteful and shows how stupid governments really are. This government is so damn broke selling this would actually help local law enforcement, fire, & whatever else in the community. Quick easy several thousands for local or state coffers. Anybody here have any legal background I'm sure selling it as is, at an auction is a way smarter deal than paying thousands to the crushing company.
