I have decided not to go with Kicker and i am looking at the Obsidian Audio 12 with the Amercian Bass HD1500. Or the sa10 with a ap1000 amp. It doesn't look very hard to build your own box but will the quality suffer becuase of it? Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks for all the feedback. I now how $500 becuase of an early Christmas present. I was looking at the Kicker 12" 10C124 becuase of the price of them. If i were to get them i would get two, and what box and amp should i get. Or are there beter subs for the money i have?

Hey i was wondering what would be the best subs for me to get. I will have about $350 to spend for subs and an amp. I mostly listen to hip/hop and some dubstep. Also should i pay to get them installed becuase i have watched tutorials and it doesn't seem to bad to do it yourself. Any feedback would be great. Thanks
