i like american bass. 150.1s have been clamped at 3000+, but the sundown 2500 probably does about the same.

i have run 1500rms on stock alt, stock batt before. I had voltage drop, nothing below 12.4 though. I would say your fine with the 1700 driving, as long as you arent sitting in parking lots draining your shit out...

i bought one of those a while ago, the guy i talked to said "its basically the same thing as the kinetik hc800. i checked with everyone on here, and they all said it was a good deal.

idk but u can get a 220 amp ho alt off ebay for like 160
NEVER buy a "h/o alternator" from ebay. They will give you the "220 amps" you need, but at 3500rpm.
Can i keep my stock battery and buy a xs power d3400. And use them together. Ill be using around 1500 rms . I have 0 guage batt wire to back. I have a 130 amp alt. Would there be any problems.
and yes the extra bettery should be more than enough voltage for 1500rms on music.
