  1. dual battery setups are bad. Either you do 1, or you run 3 or more.

    what? I've been running two wet cells on a stock alt (65a) for like 6 months, still rest at 12.9 after a week, and 13.2 after a good night on the trickle charger. My alt has help up and my voltage doesn't go below 13.8. I see 14.4 and 14.5 cold at idle, Of course in this 104 degree weather and with the engine at normal temp i still see 14.4 while diving.

  2. if your roof is somewhat flat... 1/8" hardboard is your friend.. cut to rough shape of rood.. put LOTS of PL glue on it and hold it up on roff for an hour or 2 ( use a jack for stedy pressure ) then deaden over that and youll be good..

    hmmm, you think my headliner will fit over it still like factory?

    Also another dumb question, but once i remove my headliner, is it typically hard to get it back to a clean factory look

    Be careful because I have read that adding deadner can lower your score also and you can do multiple layers until you get the outcome you want.

    never head of this in my life, but i can guarantee you it could nothing but help in my situation. The lows, starting at 35 and below are just being eaten by the roof. f3 point it 30 hz too.

  3. Ok so as title state my roof is a trampoline, its retarded how much it moves. same with the headliner. Im not doing a stripper pole because im not ruing my car, and i dont see a need for it in a trunk car. Set up is subs forward and trunk sealed off.

    My question is, will one layer of deadener help? or will adding 2-3 or 4 make a huge difference. Ive heard that 1 is all you need, and from others that the more you add the more it helps. Im in it for numbers, so if adding multiple layers get me an extra .5, then im doing it.

  4. I dont see how youve made it into the 50s. Its definitely not a legal score or a head rest score etc. Its just not feasible to believe that you did that with a sealed box 4 low level 12s and 1500 watts. at least in my eyes.

    shit i could sell my set up and buy like 3 complete setups of what he using and do a 50 in 3 different cars... no way he did a 151 dash, dont care if windows were open with a fan blowing on the mic.

    If by weak, you mean they do more than their rated power and don't overheat, I have to agree. Or, are you expecting a four channel amp to drive your subwoofers, or something?

    You're the first person I've had hate on those Pioneer GM Digital amps. For the money, what four channel amps are better? I mean, it sounds better than my ZX350.4, which costs more. Find me a $200 amp that can outperform it, I am interested. I also need it to be as small as the Pioneer and class D. Thanks!

    no need to find one, the mb quart would be better and its cheaper...

    get over it this amp is terrible. i never bad talk products but im sorry, this one is just plain awful
