  1. What about this charger. It has all the same features as the xs power 1005 plus it can charge 3 seperate banks at a time and is 30 amps vs the 1005s 25 amps so it would support a bank of roughly 10 d3100s by itself. It can also be used as a 30 amp power supply to test audio equipment.

  2. I posted this in the electrical section then decided it might be better here since it is about XS Power batteries.

This might seem like a stupid question, but I searched and could not find an answer. How do I figure out what charger I need to keep a battery bank maintained? I will be running 5 XS Power d3100s in my bank so 550 AH. My goal is to be able to charge them all at the same time without having to disconnect any of them. I am worried that the 550 AH might confuse a smart charger into thinking it is a fully charged single battery if that makes since.

  3. You will notice a huge difference between a w6 and a sundown x. As far as how many they more the better in a blow through as long as you can give them proper space. For the box since it is a fourth order I would do a 4th order. Make sure you think about proper electrical to supply the amp for the subs also as here lately that seems to keep getting forgot. I have more money in my electrical than I do my subs and amps as do most others here that have a properly built system.
