Hi, I need help to design a box because i know nothing about "Torres Box Tuning Calculator" And it's all pretty difficult for me because English is not my best language. Max dimensions are 40H x 90W x 60D. all in centimeters. Subwoofers: 2 pioneer TS-W308D4 amplifier: / So, Who can help me to design a box?

I buy my MDF en let it saw by the company self for free lol.

yup 60amp alty making maybe 35 40amps after accounting for the basics in the car.. and prolly trying to run what 1000w or more lol.. not happening i bet you have severly discharged your batteries and they are on they way to being bad too also mechman can make a alt for ANY ANY car.. I dont think so because my alternator is very very small. My car is acually a moped with a small engine My top speed is also 60kmph with 5 horse powers. I'm scared for that. Edit: I just measured the battery Engine off: 12,5V Engine on: 12,3V I brought my alternator to someone who works at a alternator company, and he said it works. And also to a car garage and they say it works, But i dont believe him because the volt was 12,5.... Could it perhaps be the wiring?

The 2 battery's are new.. So i dont think the battery's are dead.

I have a problem with my Voltage.. I can't install a bigger alternator in my car because there is no space for it. My average voltage is 12,5 ( with no Music! ) And i have a drop of 1-1,5V I have 2 battery's, 45AH in the front, No space for a bigger one. And 55ah in the back. I tried to install a capacitor but the voltage is still 12,5.... And if i turn the car on the capacitor turn down to 8V and turn off. I can buy a used Ground zero 3500A battery for 125 Euro. Specs; 12 Volt 90 Ah 3500 A competition ability New price: 467 euro Special made for car audio. But will it help?
