So today my friend showed me his 2 12" MTx terminators that i sold him (brand new). They are in a sealed box with a kenwood amp i (forget what kind). He got it all installed MAYBE a week ago. I told him they need to break in so he kept them low, and has been very happy with them. They were working perfectly up until today. Before we went to lunch they worked fine, but a few hours later when we came back he turned them on and a terrible noise was coming out of them. It sounded like the cone has seperated from the basket (if even possible)... When i pushed on the subs they were still stiff. But when i pushed it would reach a point then basically make a pop feeling if that makes sense. I did this to BOTH subs and they did the same. I could here the air pushed out in the box but they felt weird when i pushed on them. We turned off the car and disconnected them. Then reconnected and turned the car back on, no change. They are in a sealed box and we didnt take them out to check. But if anyone can help me out and tell me what you think it is? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

YOu can make your own custom box. All the stuff you need is online i berlievem. My friend just made his own custom box, and did it by himself. Its a 6.2 cbft box i believe. 3 12"s with two facing up and the third facing the front and the 3 ports facing back. Took him about 1-2 weeks. Hes smart but says i could do it with a little help. If i can do it then anyone can ahhah

Yeah thats what i want to get. Pretty sure itll fit and all, but no one has really told me a price i want to hear. ahah

Looking for a good main battery. I have a POS AAA battery right now and i need to find something better. Need a good main battery no secondaries. Ive been looking at the Kinetik KHC 1400, but I heard its a good back up? Which im not looking for. So if anyone is selling anything up to around 160 or so (including shipping) or has any suggestions. It would be very appreciated

So basically im running: Hifonics Brutus BRZ1200.1D 2 Alpine SWS-1223D in a dual L port box, 3.2 cubic ft at i think 38 htz. I love them but i never realized bass is sooooo addicting:/... So i was wondering if their was any good stuff i could buy. I dont have too much to spend, and i want to keep the same amp as well. Anything from 12" up is ideal as well as dual. I dont know why but i like having 2 ahah. Any suggestions for something that is SQ that slams and is decently priced?
