What kind of paper did you have on it? I have some pretty coarse stuff but after breaking those big bits I don't know what will be enough to do the job.
i was going use the dremel at work, but i just grabbed the vice grips and headed to the belt sander. yeah i had to take quiet a bit off hahah. worked great, prolly spent like 5 mins total.I've been trying to drill mine out. Been through several bits. Never thought to try a belt sander. The 0 gauge dies I got with mine is about good for 4 gauge. Not at all good for over sized shca 1/0.

We dont sell chucks of it very often. Ive been here 2 years and seen someone cut off it once. But it was for some company that was going to fab their own part with their cnc. We have it just to have it hahaha
