  3. Purple, Like I said I am new to this ... this is my sub I'll be using. thoughts? http://www.jlaudio.com/12w7-3-car-audio-w7-subwoofer-drivers-92112 rich
  4. D, I was looking at less than $400 ... well like i said an amp that does 1000 at 4 ohms is going to be expensive. youll have to get at least a 2500 rms amp. and thats going to closer to 500 i would recomend the aq. if you do want more power the Crescendo line has a 2k for 339 shipped. do you have a link to the crescendo amp for 339?

  7. Fellas, I need help. I'm new to the forum and the car audio game. I have a 1 JL 12W7 (3 ohm) in a ported box (JL Spec) going into my 2011 Nissan Maxima. I need a decent amp to push it thats not going to break my wallet if you know what I mean. Currently have 1 Kicker 12 Comp VR running off a Kicker ZX 500.1 and I have Kicker 6X9's in the rear deck and my front doors memphis MC tweets in the dash and Diamond Audio's in my rear doors running on a Kicker ZX 650.4 Would I need to change out my car battery when I get the new sub amp? Let me know the best bang for my buck for the new amp. Thanks for your help. Rich
