the sub woofer specs say the sub need 3.7 cubes for spl box

If i could have built a bigger box i would have but i cant. it just wont fit!! All i want to know is what size slot port to build and how long. i just want my 15's to sound good. my 10' type r in my 6th order box is louder than the 2 15's in my current ported box that i pvc ported. ive never had any luck with round ports. i would like to have my slot port be 16in x 4in but im not sure how long to make it. the subwoofer requires two 4in x 9.5in long round ports so with 2 subs i figured 16in x 38in long for but im not sure how to determine the proper slot port calculations. So the longer my port the deeper lower tune? t line boxes have a stupid long port

statingrobin^ a port that small will actually give me a low tune? ive always thought the longer the port the better. the t line ports are huge!!

its external measurements i used 3/4 wood. i built the box as big as i could and it hardley fits in my trunk will have to cut out some of my rear deck because of how big this box is.. there is no way i could go any bigger with a rectangle box. I just built a 8 cube box for my 2 15's however im not sure how to slot port tune so im not sure how long to make my port. the box is 17height 24 lenght 36 width i cant only make my port 4in wide and 16in tall due to the short width for the 15's but im not sure how long to make it. please help!! Im in search of 30hz

Hey, Im new here just wanted so show what ive been working with. I bought this set up for $100 bux from a friend 2 15"subs and 2 amps. However i plan on upgrading soon just waiting on box designs and trying to decide on an amp. Sorry the vid is pretty dark and there is nothing extreme about it so (I WOULD NOT) Watch this if you are expecting major flex. It simply wont happen Thanks all!
