How are you only at the first notch lol ?? i wouldnt be loud at all if my gain was set that low. I said 40-50% because thats what mine began to clip at on dd-1 when i had t1500s.. alpine HU turned up to 23 out of 35 2v pre out.

40-50% gain so he's not clipping I realize all RF amps are diffrent but mine seemed to clip around 50% gain on dd-1 Simply saying if your batt bank and electrical isnt tight then dont get greedy on the knobs.

id run 2 t1500s 40%gain @1ohm if i were you.

they are rated 600rms i put about 800 to mine but if you have clean power clip free id say 1-1500 box has to be right as well.
