I'm about to order some second skin soundener. I was wondering if there is a big difference between damplifier and pro. If i don't have to dump the extra money into pro then i wont. I like the damplfier becasue it's thinner so wouldn't that make it easier to work with? I only plan on doing the 4 doors and the back hatch door on my 98 jimmy. any input would be great thanks!

alright and by subs up port back you mean subs facing the roof and port facing the back hatch correct?

i really don't wanna go much deeper than 24 or 25" i posted my max dimensions in my original post

so should i go closer to 8 cubes with similar port area?

I don't know what external port means but it does have common walls

where did you get that it's 43 hz?? and it's 6.7 cubes not 4?

the demensions of it are 15h 6w 23d to the very back of the box and 13.5 to wear the sides of the port end if that makes any sense at all

I have 2 sundown audio sa-15s d4s running on a hifonics hfi1500 in a 1998 gmc jimmy 4 doof. I think that the subs should be louder just judging by what others are saying. Here are the dimensions and port area of my box. 16h 36.25w 24d with 90 sqin of port area and its tuned at 35hz. I'm getting the big 3 and sound deadener put in next weekend so i was wondering what else i could do to make it louder. it's not a spl vehicle but i still think it should me louder. The usable room that i have to increase the box size is 21h 36.5w 28d because i like to have backseats and really don't want wall. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
